Office hours for phone and walk-in sales are 1 to 6 pm Tuesday through Saturday, starting 10 days before each show opens and continuing through the run. Tickets are also available at the Playhouse the night of the show, starting 45 minutes before curtain. Guild shows often sell out, however; purchasing tickets in advance is strongly advised.
Thursday through Saturday shows are at 7:30 pm. Sunday matinees are at 2:00 pm.
Accessibility and Wheelchair Seating
Our building is now widely accessible to anyone with mobility challenges via our new elevator. Up to three wheelchairs can be accommodated per performance; contact the ticket office to make reservations for a wheelchair space. For those who use walkers and similar mobility devices that need storage during the performance, the elevator hallway is set up for that purpose. Our ushers can assist with device storage and retrieval as needed.
The Guild accepts MasterCard, VISA, local checks, and cash.
All purchases are final. No refunds. Given adequate notice, the Guild Ticket Office is happy to exchange tickets when seats are available at another performance. No exchanges will be made at the door.
Guild performances are generally not suitable for children under 5; many shows are best for teens and older. Contact the Guild Box Office for further information.

Doors open an hour before curtain. Please arrive at the Playhouse at least 15 minutes before curtain. Empty seats will be released 5 minutes before curtain.
The Bellingham Theatre Guild collects and tracks customer data in various ways.
The Guild collects names and phone numbers for all sales.
The Guild destroys all credit card information after sale is approved by the card company. No credit card information is stored either electronically or physically.
For all sales where the patron wishes to have tickets mailed, the Guild must also collect a valid mailing address.
The Guild does not sell or share any customer data with anyone, except as required by law. Any customer data collected is for sole use by the Guild to a) successfully process credit card and other transactions, b) contact customers if there are issues during the sales transaction, such as refused credit card or bounced check, and c) mail customers with information about future shows or other Guild business.
For customers wishing to be on the Guild’s mailing lists, the Guild collects name and address. For customers wishing to be added to Guild email lists, customers self-enter email address and user name and manage their own accounts, including ability to unsubscribe at any time.
Customers who do not wish to have data tracked may ask the Guild to remove mailing address from their record. Customers not wishing to give out a phone number may pay in cash at the point of sale.
