The BTG collects and tracks customer data in various ways.
Tracking and sharing of customer information
Any customer data collected is for sole use by the BTG to a) successfully process credit card and other transactions; b) contact customers if there are issues during the sales transaction, such as refused credit card or bounced check; and c) mail customers with information about future shows or other BTG business.
BTG does not share any customer data with anyone, except as required by law.
Customers who do not wish to have data tracked may ask the BTG to remove mailing address from their record. Customers not wishing to give out a phone number may pay in cash at the point of sale.
Online Submission forms
We do not store any information submitted via our various contact forms on this website. That information is transmitted via email and may be archived by the receiving email program.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Cash Sales
There is no tracking of information during a cash sale unless customer wishes to be added to the BTG mailing list.
Sales by Check
The BTG collects names and phone numbers of those paying by check.
Sales by Credit Card
The BTG collects name, address, email, and phone number of those paying by credit card.
For all sales where the patron wishes to have tickets mailed, the Guild must collect a valid mailing address.
Mailing and Email lists
For customers wishing to be on BTG mailing lists, BTG collects name and address. For customers wishing to be added to BTG email lists, customers self-enter email address and user name and manage their own accounts via the website, including ability to unsubscribe at any time.

This website uses Google Analytics which may set cookies on your computer. These cookies help us analyze data about web page traffic, improve our website and tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and does not send any information that identifies individual users.
