Perhaps you were clustered around your radio years ago listening to the programming that caused mass confusion and fears about a Martian invasion? Or perhaps you were not witness to this real-life event that had thousands of people fleeing their homes scared they would be killed by heat rays and aliens. Come and relive the iconic radio program The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells from 1938 in a live radio show complete with sound effects. You can be part of a live audience revisiting this harrowing event at the New Prospect Theatre March 21 at 7:30 PM and March 22 at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $15 (or 2 for $25 if you also attend 5 Micro Plays Near the End and Building Self-Esteem earlier that weekend) and are available at the New Prospect Theatre website: https://newprospecttheatre.org.
