Scarecrow for Hire

January 30, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Scarecrow for Hire
By Tony Beeman
Directed by Brian Francis
January 21 – February 6, 2022
Auditions: November 28-29, 2021

There’s been a murder in Oz, and we are definitely not in Kansas anymore. Imagine L. Frank Baum’s classic The Wizard of Oz as put through the gritty filter of 1940s film noir, with harsh city streets, grey rainy skies, femmes fatales, tough guys, trench coats, fedoras and plot twists. This is Oz as if it were seen through the eyes of Raymond Chandler. Come see your favorite characters somewhere over the rainbow.

This production includes gun violence/blood and multiple gunshots.
